Continuing Education
In 2006, the Texas Department of Health reduced the number of instructor-led Continuing Education Units (CEUs) required for Medical Radiologic Technologist certification from 12 to three. Instructor-led courses are NOT required at this time.
- X-RAY CE, based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, offers a variety of home study educational programs for medical imaging professionals.
- X-Ray Lady, based out of Louisville, Ky., provides a number of ASRT approved home study courses.
